Neil Morley | Managing Director
Neil is the founder of Travis Morley Associates.
He is an accomplished legal professional who has developed his expertise over the last 15 years within academia, local government and private practice.
He specialises in Taxi Licensing Law within which he is able to offer the unique perspective of both a lawyer and former licensing officer. Neil also consults on Contract & Commercial Law and Data Protection & Information Law.
He provides advice, assistance and non-litigious representative services to a wide-range of clients from private individuals to local trade organisations and international companies. His past, and current, corporate clients have included Addison Lee, Tristar Worldwide, One Transport (Radio Taxis Group), Toomey Motor Group, Greater London Hire Limited, Brunel (Europcar Group) and the BBC.
He is the official legal advisor to the Licensed Private Hire Car Association (LPHCA) and has advised the Private Hire Board (PHB), National Association of Wedding Car Professionals (NAWCP) and National Taxi Association (NTA). He has consulted on national law reforms and well-reported High Court cases. Neil has a regular column in Private Hire News and his opinions have been published in the Law Society Gazette.
He holds an LLB (Hons), LLM (Public International Law), Level 2 Licensing Practitioner Certificate and is a member of the Institute of Licensing. Neil was Called to the Bar by Middle Temple in 2008 and admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 2012.
